We wish to thank you for all your assistance in selecting a suitable home for us in Sun City.  You were able to ascertain our wishes and to show us a variety of houses within those perameters.  All this while doing it with a great deal of patience, especially for Canadians, unfamiliar with the differences in real estate.  You did all this with a pleasnat manner and great insight.  We were very pleased with the final choice and your keeping in touch with us even after we returned to Canada.

After we moved in, our refrigerator broke down.  Fortunately, you had insisted on a Service One Home Warranty, which is not normal coverage for us...and they came through as soon as they could, since it happened the night before Thanksgiving, and after us only being in the house three days.  They now have replaced the fridge with a new and larger one.

Above and beyond, when we phoned to ask for your help on Thanksgiving eve, you both arrived with portable fridges, even buying one to loan to us.  That is service.

Considering all the above, we both highly recommend both these REALTORS as very professional and competent people.
